With the Lorna Avenue property, Urbana successfully acquired and renovated a vacant flex light manufacturing facility. The site was purchased by its new owner in Warren, Michigan. Urbana enhanced and upgraded the site by adding a host of modern upgrades and improving the property to a first class engineering and office space complex which includes 245 parking spaces.

The renovation encompassed the creation of an open floor plan featuring modern office improvements. This acquisition is strategically located next to Johnson Controls, GM, Noble Industries, and Delphi, close to the I-696 and I-75 expressways.
