PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Bob Pallay is a 28 year veteran of the hospitality industry and has extensive hotel operations experience in resort destination and life-style properties. His exposure to opening new facilities, hotel renovations, brand changes and repositioning of properties has created a diverse hospitality background. Bob has managed such brands as Inter-Continental Hotels & Resorts, Registry Hotels & Resorts, Radisson, and Preferred Hotels in such locations as Maui, Hawaii; Scottsdale, Arizona; Hilton Head Island, SC; Naples, Sanibel Island and Miami Beach in Florida. His experience includes general management, hotel operations, food and beverage and catering.
EDUCATION
Bob attended the University of Nevada – Las Vegas majoring in Hospitality Management. He is an active member of the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association.
