PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. Hoglund has been employed with Urbana Realty Advisors since its inception in 2002 and has been responsible for assisting with the acquisition and disposition of the company’s real estate holdings and analytical support for the company’s other activities.

Mr. Hoglund is responsible for completing due diligence requirements, conducting property inspections, abstracting and reconciling tenant lease agreements in preparation for lease estoppels, reviewing financial statements, reconciling service contracts, assisting construction personnel in determining areas of deferred maintenance for the capital expenditure budget and preparing EXCEL, ARGUS and Pro-Ject cash flow and investment analyses.

Prior to joining Urbana, Mr. Hoglund was employed by Alliance Partners, Inc. as an analyst and traveled throughout the United States and Canada providing real estate market research and valuation analysis for a wide variety of property types including unimproved land, agricultural land, residential subdivisions, retail, hotel, industrial, office, marinas, multi-family and mixed-use projects.

EDUCATION

Mr. Hoglund has over 15 years of commercial real estate knowledge and experience with developer/investors, consultants and financial institutions. Experience includes analytical support for investment sales and acquisitions, property valuation, market analysis on a national basis, physical condition assessment, due diligence management, lease review, and loan file review for performing and non-performing loans. Mr. Hoglund received a B.S. in Economics/Business Administration from North Dakota State University.
